I’m Jeremy Burgess and I live and work in the city of Detroit.  Not the easiest place to live and run a business but I love it.  It’s odd that in a city where nothing works and you are completely on your own you are also the most free.  I love this city because here you can do and be anything if you have grit and determination.

Besides my day business in real estate, I farm, rescue and train dogs, fish, hunt, and try to keep my life as simple as possible.  Every year I continue to simplify my life by cooking more from scratch, growing more food, making cheese, splitting wood, making soap and many other things.  While I love technology for business, learning, and sharing you won’t find a TV in my house.

I’m married to the love of my life, Jeanna, with no kids as of yet.  Just dogs, cats, and homesteading. Grab a cup of coffee, sit back, and enjoy the ride that is my life.
